Reading all about the Hemi tick and possible other problems.
This is the sound after a 15 minute drive, and it was driven earlier in the day as well.
This is the only way I could post the video of it is the YouTube link..

Oh okay thank you! I had read that might be the issue- but I am so not mechanically inclined.
I had my oil changed December 16, and about 3,000 miles ago.

Youtube is our friend, no other way to post videos here.
The second video sounds almost like an exhaust leak, time for a stethoscope.

The second video you posted I just noticed that when I was on the drive through but it was intermittent. It came and stopped. When it cambe back I tried to rev it and it was still there and then after it stopped. It’s never done that. I know for a fact I have a cracked or broken stud. I already have the headers just need to make time to put them on. But I don’t know if this is due to headers or the lifters? Thank you

Did you ever get to the bottom of your ticking noise?

I'm having a similar problem... started about 3 weeks ago, all at the same time:

ticking (sounds like your first video)

loss of power at lower RPMs (<3000) on any road not flat or downhill

exhaust is loud coming from the front (but looks intact from the tailpipes forward as far as I can see)

then started getting misfires on cylinder 8

2019 with 163k on it, but I take care of it and 90% highway miles

replaced all the plugs, ignition coils and injectors, no change.

saw the technical bulletin about the exhaust manifolds cracking and/or the bolts breaking, but would that cause all these symptoms? or am I really looking at a bad lifter?

One quick check for an exhaust manifold leak caused by broken bolts:
When the engine is cold give the manifold heat shield a wiggle. If it rattles or moves loosely then you a broken bolt or two. From what I understand almost all the broken bolts will start on one end of the manifold or the other.

I'm in agreement with the 2nd video sounding like an exhaust issue. You may have already done this. FWIW, the first video is difficult to assess without knowing mileage and some other variables, but I'd start with the oil (viscosity), maybe change, to see if it improves, check all the pulleys/belt(s), etc. There's a wealth of knowledge in this group, so don't someone has probably been there already.
