Completed the swap from Tow mirrors to the standard sport mirrors on a 2026 Big Horn. Figured I'd make this post for anyone else looking to do the same and share my experience.

I'll list the part numbers used below at the end. I didn't take any photos unfortunately, but what I noticed comparing these mirrors to prior 2025 trucks is the mounting holes used. The tow mirrors use 5 bolts to mount to the mirror and the sport mirrors use 4 bolts, compared to only 3 bolts on the pre-2025 trucks. The wiring in my opinion all looked the same, but can't say for 100% certainty.

The truck had BSM, 360 cams, power, heat, turn signals but NO power folding from the factory. When I installed the new mirrors, all those same functions worked direct plug and play. We did also swap the door modules and the window control switch panel. I THINK if you were to just swap mirrors and only cared about the functions your truck already had, you don't need to swap the door modules. But we are trying to get the power folding function working on this truck which is why we needed different door modules. The mirrors listed below are the gloss black WITH 360 cameras and all the other functions. Doing the actual swap was not difficult. Our dealership managed to not turn on power folding and managed to somehow disable the cameras, which they were working when I first installed the mirrors. Still trying to figure that out.

Hopefully this helps some of you. If any of you do the swap and your dealer is able to successfully enable the power fold function, please let me know. Our dealer is incompetent, it appears.

Do you suppose a truck originally equipped with power fold would be a direct swap?
