Stellantis Is Using Warehouse Robots To Keep Ram Production On Track

Real-Time Inventory Meets Real-World Manufacturing

Modern vehicle assembly is no longer just about engines, frames, and torque specs—it’s about data, precision, and timing. At Stellantis’ Sterling Heights Assembly Plant (SHAP) in Michigan, those elements are now coming together in a new way thanks to autonomous warehouse robots that are transforming how parts are tracked and managed.

What parts. People are waiting months for parts. Easy to track "zero inventory".

I appreciate advances in technology, but I'd like to hear more about customers not waiting for parts. Things companies brag about are just self promoting bloviatiing.

the irony because e-torque units are on national back order. and some fuses aren’t even seated in properly from the assembly plant.
