Hey. I have a 2026 Ram 2500 rebel. I installed trx style lights in the sports hood intake. I had it on my 2024 Ram 3500 limited and connect the fuse jumper in the clearance lights fuse slot 79. So when the clearance lights were on the intake lights came one. Everything worked great. On the 26 I have no idea what fuse slot to put the jumper in to get them to turn when the truck is on. I can’t even get the lights to turn on at all. I tried slot 79 which is the spare now. Nothing happens. Plus the clearance lights aren’t in the engine fuse box anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Use a 4 pin relay and use your park lamp circuit at the headlight harness as your trigger wire for the relay. I just did this (on my 1500 though) for amber grille lights. Works perfect and you're using battery power to power the aftermarket lights, not power from the actual circuit which could cause issues on these trucks.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately I am not smart when it comes to wiring etc.

It's pretty simple once you lay it out.

You'll have two main wires which are thicker on the relay - the red wire will be what goes to your main fuse block for constant power with an inline fuse. The other main wire, which is blue on the relay I use, is what goes to the power wire for your lights or whatever accessory you're adding. The black wire on the relay goes to a good ground, and then the white wire is the trigger wire (what tells the relay to open or close) and that gets tied into the park lamp circuit wire in this case.
