So my 2019 Ram 1500 Hemi (no E-Torque) has just under 130k on it. My work truck (2019 Fuso) just broke a serpentine belt with similar mileage today. It go me thinking I should probably replace the serpentine belt on my Ram. Should I do the idler and tension pulley as well. I can get a kit for under $100 (Duralast). I'm sure there will be comments about Mopar parts. I can keep the existing as back ups.

Belt, for sure. When you take the belt off, spin the pulleys and see if they spin smoothly and without much resistance. If so, they are fine, if they feel rough don't spin very freely, then replace them . I replaced the belt on mine at 70k miles. Kept the factory belt, and it's under the rear seat for emergencies.

Check the Mopar parts diagrams, and you cam get just the pully and not the whole parts.
