Cannot see the Vehicle Tab on UConnect-

Tried soft and hard reset.,,disconnected battery for 12 hours but no Vehicle tab

Ok......What UConnect? uC4 or uC5. OEM or upgraded? Picture?

This is the UC5 with the 12" screen....all OEM. Sorry but I am not familiar enough with the system to describe it very well..I just know that several items I have tried to look at are under what the owners manual calls the "Vehicle" tab on UConnect.....for instance, I was going to check the ECO light was working..it is supposed to be controllable in the Fuel Economy tab under Vehicle but I can't get there...maybe there is a good comprehensive manual I can look at? appreciate any guidance...thanks
