Sorry to necro-bump this thread, but I am currently tracking down the same issue in my 2019 1500. It has gotten to the point where I jump the truck every time I start it just as a default. I finally got around to pulling fuses yesterday and found that pulling fuse F44 (the fuse for the uconnect system) brings the power draw down from about 300mA to 28mA when the truck is asleep.
Next I'll pull out the Uconnect 12" unit, and I'll try replacing the boards if possible, but I'm running into a wall when I try to source the boards that @Tallus mentioned already. @Infotainment , do you have any good sources for these boards?
I found one for $112 on ebay with the same part number that Tallus replaced with (M3J4112034), so maybe I'll just try that and see.
