I have a 2026 Laramie, and would love to add black tow hooks, but I find the cost of OEM hooks to be outrageous. Does anyone know of any quality alternative tow hooks?

Any luck? I am looking for my 2026 Big Horn 4x4 that lacks tow hooks

I just ordered these ones for my 2026 Big Horn. They should arrive today. Will report back on whether or not they fit. Will probably tackle that tomorrow.

I didn't trust the Amazon hooks so I bought the Red Rock set. The instructions sucked but the hooks are legit.
A few tips:
1. Put the truck up on ramps or stands.
2. You don't need bumper bezels with 25–26 trucks.
3. Take the adaptive air dam out. Just the plastic flap. Leave the motor.
4. Take out the wheel well liners.
5. Don't hammer the long bolts out. No reason to do that but all the instructions tell you to.
6. Tighten the FRONT bolt first to 185Nm. Then tighten the rear bolt to 115Nm.

You have any pictures of these?

The RedRock set looks identical to what arrived from Amazon today, right down to the hardware. I certainly hope they're superior at 3X the price.

Is the finish on them the same? I'd ask about process in the production to get a better idea. Seems concerning if they are the same even down to the hardware.

The finish looks the same. Slightly bumpy from the raw casting. @tinfoil_hat : were the MOPAR part numbers cast into the set from RedRock? Here are close up photos of the Amazon ones.

American made vs Chinese made. Personally, I’d save extra and buy American - every f-ing time!

I just put the Rough Country ones on my 2025 Big horn last night. For some reason on their site it says they are for 2019-2021 but they work on the newer trucks too. Super easy to install

The amazon set installed really easy. Did the same steps @tinfoil_hat listed above but I did not have to touch the wheel liners. I was able to loosen the long bolts that go through the frame into the body mounts about 1/4", then slip the rubber bushings over the bolt and washer like putting a tire on a rim. There were no instructions but they mounted the same as the OEM ones.

I put the Rough Country one's on mine, also easy to install as you don't have to completely remove the long body bolts for installation.

I did the RC one on mine.

Does anyone know if the RC hooks are the same shape as oe? I kind of want to get the silcone covers for them, but not sure they would fit.

If you plan on using them as tow hooks, I totally agree. If someone is just after the look, I can see justifying the cheaper ones, its not like our Rams are 100% made in USA ;)

For incidenal usage, I am sure the Amazon ones will be fine. If I were off-roading and expected to have to use them often or do anything but a straight pull, I'd opt for something better. Some of the higher priced aftermarket ones do not say where they were made. I assume if they were made in the USA they would advertise that fact.

The OEM are rounded on the front, the RC which have angles but I was wondering if the covers would still fit as well.

I understand completely. Personal preference and I wouldn’t criticize anyone for spending their money where they choose. I can’t control where my Ram parts come from during assembly but I sure can after. I don’t want to turn this into a political dumpster fire but there are many, many reasons (in my opinion) to not buy Chinese with price being to only reason to buy Chinese.
