Sport hood decal removal

Anyone know if you can remove just this piece instead of the entire hood bezel? I want to delete the chrome by painting it or if anyone has a better option. Thanks

I’ve seen other threads where this is discussed. IIRC it’s removable but I think there are mounting holes behind it so it’ll look bad with no badge. If you’re wanting to replace it with a black badge I seem to remember people saying you can’t get just the badge. That was a few years ago though. Maybe there are badges available now?

It’s not an off the shelf solution, but look up Exotic Innovations. They can make pretty much any emblem you want. You’d just need to provide some dimensions or a drawing file.
The owner goes by Big Ray, and is pretty active on the TRX forum. He’s done a lot of custom stuff that’s not on his website.

Emblem overlay is the easiest, cheapest. Otherwise if you remove you can get the badge that sticks on, but for me I don't care for those. You can replace the whole thing with a Chinese knockoff for cheaper.

I went to a junk yard found a crashed truck they sold me an oem badge from the crashed hood it just popped into the one I removed from my truck took a little work but looks amazing with the chrome delete I did had everything ceramic coated looks amazing love my truck
