Fob Not Lowering Truck

Not really sure if this should be in Suspension or something to do with the computer...

22 1500 Limited
Air suspension works as expected in every way, except when trying to lower the truck with the key fob. doors closed, steps up, etc...The lights flash like it receives the command, but nothing happens.

Is there a setting in the headunit that I am missing to control this? some other common cause?

I give my fob a quick double click. Not sure if that's needed. But check the manual.

Mine does the same thing. It lights up like it should be working, but does not lower the truck.

That seems to be it. fast double click for lowering...slow double click for remote start...That is really annoying.
