Door panel part

2019 Ram 1500 crew cab. I took my front passenger side door panel off to replace the speaker. When removing the panel, I broke the piece that holds the wire to the door handle. I cant find the name of this part. I had to zip tie the wire so I could close the door. Can anyone help identify the part? I circled where it broke. TIA

Thanks. It says this doesn't fit my vehicle but I did find one on ebay. Ill give it a try in 3-5 days. I thought it was its own separate part but it does come with a handle. Thanks again.
