Hey guys. I have a 2025 Ram. I don't use Apple CarPlay and usually just stream music from my phone using Spotify. Lately the album art that displays in the uConnect screen is always one song behind. The song name and title is correct, but the picture showing is from the previous song. This was never an issue before and only recently started happening. I was hoping it would correct itself with an update or something, but it's been a couple weeks already and it is still doing it. Anyone else having this issue or know what the cure is? Any suggestions would be appreciated

Do you shut off or reboot your phone occasionally? I would give it shot and retry connecting to your truck. I would try CarPlay as well but make sure your phone is updated. Good luck and let me know how you make out.

I didn't think about turning phone off and on again. I will try that. As far as CarPlay, I don't like using it so I haven't tried it. My guess is, in CarPlay it would probably work, I just would rather not be dependent on using CarPlay.

Bluetooth or cable? If Bluetooth, remove the device from uconnect setup and do a forget device in the phone's Bluetooth configuration. Pair them fresh.

I did notice the behavior you described a few days ago, but it resolved itself. I had another weird issue with Android Auto where I had to disable and re-enable AA in the uConnect device manager. The pair redo didn't resolve that. It did eventually resolve itself.

Are there updates for your IOS? Maybe an app update on the phone?

The phone is up to date. It never use to do this, so I am guessing maybe a recent update is what caused this to start happening. I was kind of hoping it would resolve its self, but no luck so far.

How about rebooting your UConnect system? Perhaps this may help?

I guess I am the only one. :(
No it happens to me too when using bluetooth.
But when i use CarPlay the sound cuts out intermittently.

There is a new operating system update for my iphone i need to install. Perhaps that will fix it.
And i noticed Friday there is another update for uconnect.
