I changed the coils and plugs on cylinders #1 to #4, with OEM parts. It ran great for 3 months then the misfire started on #2. Any advise?

If you post this in the appropriate section I'm sure you'll get a response
 
move the coil and see if the misfire follows it if it stays on 2 change the plugs. i would have done all 16 not just 4. i know it's kind of a PIA and it can be expensive. i remember 8 new plugs costing 9 bucks LOL. those days are long gone.
