AVS AeroCab Marker Lights

I ended up finding the correct one. Driver side maker light w/LED headlamps use the white wire with brown stripe. Your right not much room at all but was able to use the posi tap and now works great!
Those wire taps are freaking genius. I just found out they exist about a year or so ago. I've been using standard T taps but that's only because I have them. When they run out, I'm ordering posi taps. They look a lot easier to work with, especially in tight places like tapping into wires for a project like this.

For sure way easier to use the posi taps

Any more thoughts on wind noise with the AVS Aerocab lights? I like the look, but aerodynamically they seem like a disaster.

Old thread, but I have a paint matched one on my 2020, and the LEDs just burned out. Anyone ever had this happen, or find replacement strips?

Just Installed the AVS AeroCab Marker Lights on my 2022 Ram 1500. Here is a picture after I just got done for anyone wondering. I will post more pictures at night if anyone is interested. Was a very easy install. Wired the relay signal into the left marker light so they only come on when remote started and with the auto headlights. Would definitely recommend to anyone as long as it holds up!

I just installed this on my 22 ram 1500. I put the wire into the 20 amp fuse block for trailer parking lights. Does anyone know if that’s ok or too high amp of a fuse? I know **** all about wiring an it starts to **** me off after a while lol.

Wind noise is very minimal, have to be the perfect combination of high wind and driving into it. Have added a number of pictures of my wiring into the relay. The four outputs on the relay are as follows. 30 goes to battery positive-went to the fuse box open stud with an inline fuse. 85 went to battery ground on the battery with the ground from the light. 86 Went to the marker light with a posi tap-the white wire. 87 is the output to the light power. Wiring like this turns the light on when remote started idling or anytime the actual headlights come on. Gonna clean up with loom as i get time. If you have specific questions
on anything let me know.

I put mine on the 20 amp trailer Parking light fuse block. Is that ok or too high amp fuse? I know jack squat on wiring. I couldn’t figure out another way.
