not much... especially when you're driving. maybe laptop or something.
it says 400w but realistically you're not gonna get the full 400W. it's the same for most of these vehicles with built in inverter.
if you REALLY need AC power in the bed, run a 2AWG power and ground from the battery and hook it to an inverter and the inverter used is the limit.

There is now an option for a 2.4kW bed inverter. Question is where are the modules to swap. I just got a brand new 2025 and would like to figure that out. I'm going to look into it a bit more and see if I can come up with a solution.
