For folks out there who might be looking for a full equipment listing by VIN aka "build sheet".... seems that the location of this service has moved a few times, been completely removed, and has changed format over time, so thought I'd share this as it took me a while to understand how to access it (the dealer wasn't any help btw). Sorry if this information is posted or kept updated elsewhere on the site.
1) Go to https://www.mopar.com/en-us/my-vehicle/vin-lookup.html
2) You may need to register an account with Mopar (you shouldn't need to have a VIN registered to you to do this)
3) Enter the VIN on the main page
4) You should see a page with basic information about the VIN in the top left quarter of the page (EG "2025 RAM 1500 Tradesman Crew Cab 4x4")
5) On the bottom half of the page, you should see 6 large page navigation tiles.... click on "Equipment Listing"
6) That should bring you to a page called "Your Vehicle Equipment" and you should see a menu with "paint, standard, special, dealer installed, other" (there maybe more options, that's all I see)
7) "Standard" will show the base equipment for you truck
8) "Other" will show additional options, including factory options built into your truck (these should over-ride what's in "standard"
There doesn't seem to be a way to print a nice PDF or download a sheet from the Mopar page, so I simply copy and pasted my "standard" and "other" options into a MS Word file, then printed a PDF from my own computer. I also copied the image into the file too so it looks "factory" haha. See attached
