Ivory White Tricoat VS Billet Silver

I plan to purchase a 2026 Tungsten and I'm having a hard time choosing between Ivory White and Billet Silver.

Silver is my first choice but its taken some digging and they wont be available until November. None have been made yet.

There are more than a few ivory white ones out there within a 500 mile radius.

Just my luck, i move off being on the six month waiting list for a Lexus GX550 Overtail in Earth color because I'm tired of waiting only to find out that dealers right now can't even order Billet Silver because the computer won't let them.

Just get the white or wait it out? Or is white definitely the superior color?

I wish I could have had the Ivory. I just ordered my new Ram with Mark Dodge and ivory wasn't available yet in a Laramie.

In the for what it's worth category .. color is a highly personal choice and no right or wrong answer as long as you like it. That being said, we spend a lot of time in AZ throughout the year so I wanted a color that would reflect the sun and minimize heat absorption. Saw billet silver on a different truck at the dealer and liked the color so when I bought (ordered) my 2020 Limited I got the silver. After 4+ years it does very well reflecting the sun with the added bonus that it shows almost no dirt and dust in normal usage. Enjoy whatever color you select.
