Hi,

I recently purchased a 2025 Ram 1500 Tungsten, and I’m having a serious issue with the driver’s seat comfort.

The lumbar support feels extremely intrusive, almost like there’s a volleyball pressing into my back. I’ve tried all the available adjustments on both the door controls and the touchscreen. While the lumbar system does respond, it doesn’t seem to retract fully even when set to the lowest level.

At this point, the seat is so uncomfortable that I’m reluctant to drive the vehicle. Anyone have any idea on how to resolve this? I did read some threads that there was a software update, but i think im past that since i have all of the controls already..

Thanks

I assume you have pressed the back side of the round set of buttons on the side of the seat to deflate it. Have you raised or lowered the actual seat part to see if it helps?
My lumbar support doesn't seem to come out as far as I would like it to.

Could be a mechanical problem with the drive system or maybe it has been installed incorrectly. Can you compare it with an other truck on the dealer lot?

All of the seat control buttons (other than on the screen) for the Tungsten are on the driver's and passenger side doors.1755877011134.png

In addition to in and out, I'm pretty sure you can adjust the height of the lumbar support up and down. Have you tried changing that to get it in the right spot for you? And once yo get it right be sure to press that "1" button in for a few seconds to save the settings. Heck, press the 1 and 2 in case someone messes with it.
