I know everything is digital now. My 2025 Limited drives me crazy on the gauge versus the mile till empty number.

Case in point:
The gauge bar indicates that it is on 1/4 tank. The miles till empty is showing 80 miles.
Now when I fill up, I get an indication of 515 miles till empty on a full tank. That is about right. 33gal tank 16mpg rough numbers.
So, at 1/4 tank shouldn't I be showing 128.

I think the issue is my OCD actually. LOL

It's a guesstimate and type of driving. I never pay attention because mine never gets below 1/2 and I don't wanna see that kind of negativity :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

My truck gets conservative below 1/4 tank. Shows less than the actual expected range with the fuel left in the tank.

Im confused i didn't think I got a big tank, but at half a tank down it takes 15+ gallons to refill. Is that expected?

Assuming that you do not have the window sticker, check out the link below. The window sticker will confirm your fuel tank size besides many other accessories.

Mine varies what it says at fill up. Sometimes it says 634 miles, other times its 580 something. I assume its temperature and pressure. I only drove it to almost empty once and it hit 40 miles till empty and the warning came on. It got down to 34 miles till empty when I filled up and the 1/4 tank part of the gauge was red.

I have the paper and digital ones. Is the fuel gage just that inaccurate that on a 20 something gallon tank 1/2 a tank would be around 16 gallons?

Ok answered my own question. I don't have the 33 gallon but I do have the 26 gallon tank. So 1/2 by the gauge being 15-18 gallons ish makes sense.
