I have a 3.5 RC lift right now sitting on 35s. Should I make the jump to 6” and sit on 37s?

Isn't that pretty much up to you?
Sometimes perspective is everything. 6” lift with 37s means definite re-gear and possibly other mods. I’m trying to weed out what the other mods I would need.

OK, I get that and am no direct help. I tend to do my builds for the application. You going mudding? Or is this for street use and personal image? I'm not judging, but it might affect the usefulness of suggestions to know the purpose for the lift.

What axle gearing do you have now?

I have to call to see tomorrow. It’s just to get me to my fishing spots and I am adequate to do so now I just love this hobby! I wanna do long tube headers to an exhaust and high flow cats as well

I ran 6" and 37X13.5's on my 2nd 4th Gen RAM w/ 3.92 and loved it. This time I stuck with 3" and 35's because money and gearing 3.21, but the 5th Gen transmissions have different gearing compared to 4th Gen. When I ran 4" and 35's on my first 4Th Gen 3.21I could feel the difference, but with the 5th Gen and 35's I barely notice.

I love the 6 and 37's, if not worried about money and depending gearing I say go for it.

kinda depends on how you intend to use it......

are you ready to go down a path of no return?
as in, are you ready to:
  • cut the lower arm mounts on the frame so you can fit diff drop
  • unable to fit any existing proven aftermarket skid plate systems (ie, RCI)?
  • unable to get proper suspension performance, even if you go with BDS Fox 2.5?
  • doing all work just so your truck looks like a stock 2500 with offroad package on 37s?
  • doing all work and gain zero additional ground clearance, due to diff drop putting your the lowest point of the truck (the diff) back to exactly where it was before?

X3 ALL LOOKS NO ADDED BENEFIT

Nothing inherently wrong with a Mall Crawler. My Rebel will likely never see anything more challenging than a gravel driveway. It is not lifted, just recognizing many do not use the vehicle for what is was designed (or redesigned) for.

im fine with all looks but going down a path of no return just for looks and no additional benefit is... as smart as... putting hellcat body kit on a V6 base model charger LOL

jokes aside, a 2500 with ORG on 35s look exactly the same as a 1500 with 6" kit on 35s LOL so much less work needed and so much more "correct" options with solid front and rear.
