I didn't realize until at the dealership, but during this issue, I could not shift directly from drive mode to mode without first going to P first.

Mine a 2025 1500 Tungsten, the entire gauge display goes black, which also stops the heads up display from working. This has happened 3 times, twice it came back after shutting the truck off for an hour and restarting it, the last time the dealer reset something to get it back. Supposedly the software engineers are working on a fix, due date unknown.
