Hey AZ folks,

I am not there yet; however, I want to prepare for involving a "lemon law" lawyer for my ongoing issues since the first month of ownership.
My truck is back at my dealer for the 5th time for the "Uconnect requires service" issue. 4 failed fix attempts to date.
I did contact the "highest" level execs at RAM last week. The executive assigned a senior-level CSM to this case.
The Sr. RamCare person contacted my dealer. I dropped off my truck this morning with this and 4 other ongoing defects to be addressed.

I am waiting to hear from them, and of course, proven "actual" fixes for my issues.

I have done a few Google searches for lemon law lawyers in PHX metro area. Don't know any of them!

thanks

Which dealership ? I bought my truck at Tempe Ram but i dont go there i never heard from them again after i bought my truck.

My second RAM from Tempe Ram. Overall, they are OK as a dealer/service.
If you had a choice between the Hurricane and Hemi again would you choose the Hurricane ? I dont dislike the Hurricane i just like to be able to work on my truck and dont want a more complicated motor.

I had the Hemi for 5 years and loved it.
However, even though my 2025 has the standard output Hurricane, I would not go back to Hemi.
more than likley I would buy the Ram Charger when ever it is relesed and bugs worked out.

Folks - I am reposting this question again. After six attempts to fix the UConnect error, the issue is still not resolved.
Gave my dealer heads up that I am going to invoke my rights to start the lemon law process through a law firm.

The question is --- do any Arizonans have a lawyer reccomendation in case I do not come to an agreement with the dealer/Stellanits?

never drove a hurricane and don't want or need to. i know turbos and direct injection well enough to know better. i'll stay with a relatively reliable HEMI as long as possible.

The issue is not the engine, so far compared to my Hemie it is leaps and bounds better -- the problem is the total redesign of the electrical architecture without any testing in 2024.
