So I have about 115,000 miles and tonight i had the A/C on (90degrees) and had to come to a fast stop and the A/C just turned off (blowing warm-hot air) for about 90seconds then it just came back on. Is this a warning sign, has it happened to anyone else? It just doesnt seem like it should have done that.

I had a very strange issue with the A/C in my 2006 Ram 2500 years ago. There were certain times of the year when my drive home from work meant I had to stare straight at the sun. It was too low for my visor to help so I bought a small piece of tinted static cling film for the windshield, just so I could see. Each time I removed it from the windshield, the A/C would turn off, the heat would turn on, and the fan would switch to high. I could only assume the static in the air near the dash had some kind of electrical effect on the A/C controls. It was really strange. Besides that, the A/C always worked perfect. Sometimes strange electrical things just happen. Hopefully, for you, this was just a one time thing.

I wish it was a one time thing but it happened again yesterday

Maybe the radiator fan did not come on quick enough when coming to a stop and the high-side presure switch killed the A/C till the pressure came down?
