OEM LED 3rd Brake Light

1. Is there an OEM 3rd brake light available without the camera option? If so, could someone post a part number please?

2. If there is, will it mount right up to my 2019 ram longhorn without a special harness?

Yes on both questions. You can get part numbers on most parts sites by putting in your vehicle info or call a parts department. Sorry, I don't have the part number, but it's easy to find.

When I search parts sites, I always see the third brake light with the camera option. I see it is an additional piece but I wanted to find out if there was a led option without the camera connection or are they both the same, you just have to purchase it without the camera.

There is not an LED third. Rake light without the camera.

Yes there is as I had it in my 2020. I originally had the incandescent one then upgraded to the LED version from the newer trucks.

Show me part. Only ones I've ever seen in the newer trucks had the built in camera. The ones without the camera were still halogen.

Well, I was mistaken. I looked at my receipts and did have the camera in it. I thought I had replaced it with an LED and then again with the camera after upgrading to the digital rear view mirror.
