My 1500 has the ORP, 6'4" bed, the Retrax rolling bed cover w/Yakima bars, and 5100's all the way around. I also installed Timber Grove bags because I started to sag when towing or with a full load for the family. I'm now at 50k and going over speedbumps/large potholes at speed, I'm bottoming out, even after keeping 12lbs in the Timbers and with a light load (<250lbs) in the bed.

I'm torn between the Ironman 4x4 Medium duty and Heavy Duty rear springs. The Medium Duty say they'll handle from 0 to 660lbs and the HDs will handle 440 to 1100lbs. It's my daily driver so I don't want to kill the ride by overspringing the rear. But, I do carry some minor loads and tow my boat a couple times a month as well.

Anyone with thoughts or experiences with the Mediums? I've seen good reviews with overland type setups that use the HD springs, but I'm not that heavy day to day.

we sell and install a lot of ironman 4x4 suspension at our shop, though mostly on Toyota applications. but it's mostly the same these days the only thing different is mounting. Ironman 4x4 is some solid suspension product.

Now, if you don't have over 660lb over the rear constantly then just go with medium. the HD is gonna be too stiff for you if most of the time you're under the weight rating.
