Starting Issues

Ok so every approximately 4-7 starts It has trouble starting up . The dash screen would go from bright dark bright dark then starter button will shut of and then will start up after pressing it.

I had my battery tested at autozone since the voltage would go from 11.9 and 12.0 to 14. 3. but the tester at autozone tested good. But I was hoping to get an exact voltage. I have to wait till Friday to get everything looked at since I’m already getting it serviced. Got 48,000 i think it’s the original battery and bought it pre owned It’s a 2020 with regular 5.7 hemi . Any ideas?

If the original battery, it may be, at the end of its service life, approximately 3-4 years is the average service life of car batteries these days.
Also, check the amps, volts are only part of the story. Check the alternator output as well to verify battery is being charged. Once you have that data, then you should be able to determine the problem(s). I would guess it's time for a new battery, must verify the rest of the data so as to make sure you make the correct decision(s).
