I installed some lasfit low beams in my 2019 Ram.

I tried adjusting them as low as they would go but they are blinding to other vehicles. I'm constantly getting flashed or other people giving me the finger.

Is there something better than the horrible stock headlights but not as bright as the lasfit?

Assuming you put LED's in the OEM halogen housings? Halogen housings are not meant for the spread of LED light, which is why you're blinding people. Better off to go back to a brighter halogen or get housings meant for LED lights.

Yes, I put the LEDs inside OEM halogen housings.

What's a brighter halogen that people have used?

The OEM lights are almost dangerously dim.

From some of the reading I've done on this forum it seems like the way the LED bulb is indexed makes a difference. I haven't run LED bulb in any of my vehicles so I'm just throw it out there.

Maybe lightly tint head light ?? I have Led LasFit on my wifes ford edge , they are bright I thought about putting them on my ram but was worried about the same problem you are having.
