Had a conversation with a dealer yesterday and learned from an anonymous but trusted source that we will see the 6.4 hemi in addition to the return of the 5.7 in 2026. I wouldn't trade my hurricane at this point but it will be fun to see that bigger hemi performance.

I would love that but I wouldn't myself be able to get too excited if the source was a dealer, and especially if it was a dealer's source.

5.7 for 1500 and 6.4 for trx type no surprise stay tuned june 8. never drove the v6 nor the I6 twin but have 5.7 and no need to change unless i start towing although it's tempting with the $10-15k discounts going on. i was/am leery of twin turbos but the 5.7 doesn't tow as heavy load as the HO

Now that the 5.7 Hemi will be available again the only 6.4 I want to see is the 485 HP version. Standard 410 HP 6.4 currently in the 2500’s just won’t cut it.

they just leaked some of the new trucks thursday showing 2026 with new side badge and front end. trcks were used in new commercials

Sign me up on a new order if the automotive 6.4 is available in the 1/2 ton.

Though, I suspect they will only offer it in some insanely expensive trim level like normal. I could be talked into a low level Laramie to get it but that’s as far as I’d go. I prefer a quad cab 6.4 bed and the Laramie only comes in crew/5.5/6.4 now.
