My 2019 ram will randomly not start. Sometimes it’ll start and then 5 minutes later all I’ll get is a single click trying to start it. There’s no pattern what so ever. I can drive it to point B and it’ll start back up and then I’ll drive to point C and it won’t start. But when it doesn’t start it’ll usually start up after trying a couple times. Some mornings it’ll start after sitting over night then the next morning it won’t start. It’s just completely random.

There are a couple things that can cause that .
1) bad battery
2) bad ground wire
3) one of the battery cables are loose , like the negative cable where it connects under the truck .
4) the anti theft system

Hi, I am having the same issue. Seemed to start after I received an update. I never know when it would act up. Most times its in the am. Other times is after I have doors open and or tailgate down while unloading stuff from my truck. When i go to deive it again I get the dreaded single click. Battery voltage is at 12.1 or so when this happens. I do have a widow which has the automatic step rail, widow image in doors and ground lights that operate when doors are opened in addition to the normal things that are on when truck doora are open. Already wasted money on new battery. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
