Can anyone please let me know the part number for the correct wiring harness that will allow me to connect a live camera inside my horse box to the dash Aux camera view so that I can monitor the horse while towing. I am not referring to a trailer mounted reversing camera but rather a camera inside the trailer (so it needs to have a feed constantly, not just in reverse). I would also appreciate some pointers on which of the 4 connectors at the back of my RAM Tungsten would be the correct one to use?IMG_6492.jpegIMG_6496.jpeg

You are missing a pic of the 5th major connector...the big black square one under your bumper! Have you considered using that one for your camera feed? Show us a photo of your horse box.

I have no idea what you mean by this?? The only “big black square one under my bumper” is the tow hitch bar. My trailer is not where I am, so can’t send photo, but it’s largely irrelevant. I plan to splice the camera line into the wiring harness - what I need is the “male end” that plugs into the appropriate connector on my truckIMG_6499.jpeg

If you look at your photos that you posted of the 4 connectors on your bumper, you will see diagrams and depictions of precisely what each connection is used for. Look closely. If you have ever towed a trailer with lights, and I suspect your horse box (which in the USA is not a horse trailer but a box van converted to carry horses), even if it is only one of the connections being your 4 pin or 7 pin, you must have plugged one of those connection in so you would know to eliminate at least one or two of the 4 connections you asked about.

Beyond that, if you performed a perfunctory search on this forum before posting your query, you would find several threads discussing how to do what you want to do and a parts list of what is needed to complete the task.
