Extended idling

I travel for work and usually head to my truck during breaks anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes. Depending on the weather, if I can't have the windows down, I'll let the truck run, either heat or ac. Other than wasting gas, is it doing any harm?
2020 Ram 3.6l.

chit 3.6 Penstar your good to go. idle away my man. finally at 180k i'm doing some work. up now then it's been rock solid. with alot of idle time !
