you can do that now without a programmer. it's either turn on headlights, turn on fog lights, turn on auto lights then move to the high beam spot, or it's in the menu. it's been awhile but i have fog lights with my highs on.That's great news.

Your fog lights don't stay on with high beams unless you have used alfaObd, Jscan, or a TazerDT to disable flight drop out
