Hey all. Just bought a 2022 1500 Laramie night edition, love it but need to throw some all terrain tires on it for trips up to the mountains (also want to give it a bit meaner of a look). Before I pull the trigger I need to figure out what configuration I want, either leave the 33's as is, or switch to 35's. From my understanding, the only mod needed to accommodate is a leveling kit (is this true? no rubbing at lockout?). Hoping someone has some pics of their setup with similar situation and some pros/cons/insight/etc.

cheers!

PS Should the running boards stay or go?

I'm biased - 35's. TRX take offs are a good deal if you can find them. No steps if you can manage it. This is a 2019 Laramie. Carli commuter kit.

This looks sick! Did you level kit or is that stock suspension?

A happy medium w/o having the complete stuffed look

You can technically fit a 34.3X11.2 with the help of a heat gun stock. Disregard the 22" wheels, this is about tire dimensions

Any reason why 34s aren’t on your list? As far as boards go, if those run wheel to wheel I would keep them. It’s so much easier to reach in the front of the bed or clean your rear window when you have that extra few inches of running board sticking back there
