BD diesel 5.7 exhaust manifold question

How long have you had them installed on your truck? Any issues with the quality of them?

Seem to be the way to go, but I do not know of anyone with them.on their truck.
Decided since I am currently on my 2nd set of factory manifolds, ordered a set a hour ago.

I see they have a 36 month/75k mile warranty. Hopefully will never have to use it.
However I do see they also sell a additional 24 or 36 month warranty. Does this extend past the original 36M/75k mile warranty?

I've installed them, but for less than a year at this point. They are better design, stronger but also they use longer studs so they have more room to stretch before snapping. That's the theory, but they can't be worse than stock.

I just installed mine yesterday. Haven't found a single complaint on them anywhere on the internet, but they've only been out a year or so for the DT models.

Did the passenger side the other day. Was a bit of a job for some of the lower manifold bolts.

Just glad none broke, just the cracked manifold.

However getting the heat shield back on was interesting. Had to do a bit of modification to get it to clear the new bolts and spacers.

Anyone else have this issue on the passenger side?
Their directions only mention removing 1/2 " of material by the one mounting to clear the lines for the transmission.
