Radiator fan not working.

So I have a 2022 ram 1500 E torque with a V6 in it. The radiator fan won’t kick on and my truck keeps overheating. Now if I’m running the air conditioner, it don’t seem to want to overheat whenever I do that but any other time even sitting at idle it overheat and the fan don’t wanna kick on anybody have any answer?

So the fan works when the AC is on, therefore a blown 100A fuse F200 is eliminated.
That leads to a bad PCM or a bad ECT sensor, tho a failing sensor should throw a code.
