Haha yeah the reverse lights would be nice to have! I have the diode dynamics reverse light kit and I love it. And sounds good. If you do decide to with Vice for the skid plate and have any specific questions feel free to reach out.

I have the diode dynamics hitch light also (only one, in my receiver hitch) and I agree, it is great!

Got a few more pieces of the puzzle together over the last week or two.

Swapped the remaining chrome emblems on the tailgate over to black.

I recently came across a thread on here for adding OEM bed lights. While there are a few methods to do this, I ended up taking the OEM route that requires the replacement of a couple wiring harnesses up under the bed. Going this route allows the install to be clean and look completely factory. You can take this method for about the same price as the kit Mopar sells that requires you to run the wires up the length of the entire truck, through the firewall, and into the BCM. Once I learned how easy it was to add with the factory style approach, it was a done deal. Took about 20 minutes to install everything. A couple of quick changes in AlfaOBD activated the lights and they are working great!

Diode Dynamics recently sent me their new reverse light kit and I was able to get that installed after the bed lights. I opted for their C1R light which includes running lights, brake lights, and reverse lights. This system is completely plug and play and comes with the necessary wiring harnesses to make everything work right out of the box. I’ve only had this on for a couple of days so far, but I’m really happy with both the looks and added functionality of this setup.

had mine for a week and now the red lights just stay on
emailed Diode Dynamics and am waiting for an answer
