I have a 2022 RAM Laramie 5.7 hemi and the throttle is so touchy that I have to barely touch the throttle so it doesn’t break the tires free. I’ve searched for the last month and it seems everyone has the opposite problem.
So I’m asking, has anyone else have this problem? If so, did you fix it so it it’s more linear?

Are you the only owner?
If used, maybe the PO installed one of those throttle devices that makes them twitchy like this.

I inherited it from my father, but it’s been like this since day one when we bought it.
I have just installed the Banks pedal monster and it didn’t allow me to smooth out the bottom of the curve. It starts at like 10-20% and then smooths out.

My '22 5.7 is fine, if anything, not touchy enough. Transmission mapping is awful. But I suspect the Pedal Monster isn't helping. I've only used something like that once and it just never seemed right. Either too touchy or too spongy.

If I was you I'd just revert back to stock settings and get it checked out by someone that can run diagnostics and update or revert the PCM.

It definitely didn’t help with the initial touchy responses. The Pedal Monster did help to make it linear after the initial throttle response.
