Help!!! So I Aquired a 2019 Big Horn 5.7 with a 3.92. It has all the required wiring in place for a factory brake controller so I ordered all the OEM parts individually. I have ALPAOBD, BFX dongle and the security cable. I installed the switch and the module under the dash. As soon as I plug both plugs in the module, the truck goes into securiry mode ( flashing "off" on push start). No response from anything, won't go to run, won't start, nothing. Some dash light go on, no lock or unlock, nothing. If I unplug either of the 2 plugs in the module I get everything back. I can't even get to the point to program truck he truck. I've searched high and low for any answers and nothing. What is happening!?!

Perhaps the module is defective?
Or short in the wire harness somewhere?
I didn't have this problem when I installed my module.
Is the brake module an actual RAM part?
I paid a bit extra and got what I belive to be real RAM parts, and so far (about 6 months) no known faults.
I have no other ideas/suggestions as your problem is a definite head scratcher.
I hope you are able to figure out the problem and report back the solution.
