BIG news today got me all excited to start the day as RAM opened up "Employee Pricing for All" on 2025 1500s
So there I go, down the rabit-hole of Excel-sheets listing out my MSRP, Invoice, EP, EP Credit, etc..... feverishly steam rising from the keyboard and many cups of coffee later....
Turns out on these the Mark Dodge Discount and the available cash rebates are better anyway... and NOT just a little.
GOOD NEWS is that RAM kept that option open, to take the existing rebates instead
Here's how it works:
On the EP FOR ALL, customer is afforded the MAX purchase price of the EP listing on the build sheet (I'll attach one for reference) Just like affiliate (FFP) this is the MAX price the dealer can sell, while still obtaining the return credit from RAM.
This value is 5% below FWP, add-back $200. You can see this on my attachment and do the math for reference.
The Dealer, once submitted properly, is then given an EP credit, to make up for selling the vehicle so far below MSRP/FWP. It's not my place to say how much this credit is, but basically it ensures the dealers make SOME money but not much.
For Mark Dodge, well you know me, we continue to discount below that - but the whole structure is different - I have to price this out case by case
BUT if you're using this EP FOR ALL program, you don't get the existing cash rebates like your national bonus cash, conquest, truck month, etc etc.
This is different than if you're a normal EP actual real live Stellantis employee, those guys get to stack it all up

We are still ordering 2025s but probably only for a very short amount of time - going to close shortly. We have already seen them close Billet Silver, Flame Red, Delmonico Red, GT/X on Rebels, beadlock/rockrail on RHOs, and probably other things I'm forgetting.
