Update: 16,000 miles and...no issues

Nice to hear on a forum where “no issues” is rarely posted.
Guess thats part of the reason forums exist, owners trading ideas on how to fix stuff in addition to modding their rides.
No fixing needed = not much action.

52,363 miles on my Hemi and zero problems.😬

No mo miles on my 23' hemi - no mo issues, ha ha.
Only had 1 in 14 months, a burned out license plate light. On a scale of 1-10 with 1 being lowest, it was a .5.
Neither it nor the 19' had much of anything, the 19' had a battery die before 20K, that was it.

On my '20 Longhorn Limited with the 5.7 Hemi, now with 101k miles, I've replaced the battery & tires. Oh, and one power side step motor. That's about it. Never been to the dealer for any major problems.

E torque generator went out this summer, at around 107k miles. Those are expensive and unobtainable. Luckily, found the thread here detailing how to tear it apart and replace just the bad bearing. However, I never want an E torque motor again. Added complexity & expense for really no benefit.

I have the etorque and yeah i dont like it for the potential issues and replacement parts i might need but i do like the smooth shifts on the transmission , and the regen braking but thats it. I think about everyday of trading in but i have done so many upgrades to this truck i hate to think about not getting any money for my sweat and labor. Plus im not to sure about the Hurricane longevity yet. Im hoping Ram either puts a 392 in a ram or updates with a new 5.7 hemi in the future.
