Dealing with Factory560Plus (BDS Warranty)

Has anyone ever deal with Factory560plus for any claims or questions? Been trying to get in touch with them via phone, portal case or sending message through their site. No one ever returns my calls or responds to messages. I reached out to BDS support and they say Factory560plus is a different entity and not directly related to BDS or Fox.

 
I haven't, but curious what you're claiming?
The CV axles have some play in them and are making some noises when I move them by hand. I have the local RAM service dept diagnosing it today. If for some reason RAM find's an issue and declines to cover anything even though it's still under the factory powertrain warranty. I want to be able to get whatever work done and paid for by Factory560plus.
 
Service came back and said there was no failure or issue with the CV Axles. They stated they looked up information on their side and that Stellantis states some of what I was seeing was common on lifted trucks. They said my life (BDS) was a higher end lift and the angles of the CV's were fine and no stress on them like other lifts. They recommend seeing one of the local 4x4 shops if I wanted to upgrade to beefier CV axles but that there were no concerns. The one reason I wanted to go and get it diagnose was to have it documented that I went in the event there is an issue down the road.
