About a week or two ago I pulled the floor mats to hose down and get all the dried salt off. I noticed the bottom of the front passenger mat as some water on it. I felt the carpet under the mat and it's wet. Not soaked but definitely damp. Checked with recent passengers and no one spilled anything. I pulled all the floor mats and nothing else feels damp except directly under the front passenger floor mat.

It rained heavily the last two days so this morning I felt the same area carpet and sure enough, still damp. No other floor carpet feels wet. My truck has had issues with the wiper cowl vents clogging and water backing up into the cabin air intake so I dumped a bucket of water on the windshield and both sides of the truck drain fine. I ran a bottle cleaner up the AC drain and it came back completely clean.

Searched around here for other culprits as I know this has been an issue but I can't find good descriptions on how to check the other common leaks like the read window, chmsl, etc.

There's a thin crack on the inside window plastic noted in the picture and while the headliners are dry maybe a hint of water ring near the airbags? Nothing in the back end of the truck is damp.

Any thoughts? We were planning to drive this thing 1200mi for spring break this week...

Well nevermind. Answered my own question with patience. I dumped a bucket of water on the sharkfin and rear window about 10 mins ago and there's water entering by the passenger side top corner of the rear window...

Just dropped it off in the shop. For those curious, they are no longer replacing the entire window, just resealing it with silicone sealant per the tech.
I doubt just sealing it will work if it's cracked. They replaced my whole window middle of last year. Yours cracked in exactly the same spot as mine.

best prevention, after sealing, is protect the RH. wet carpet is one thing a dead truck with a wet RH is another thing IMO.

The TSB states they use urethane, probably the 3M two part

your lucky the RH didn t get wet.
What's the RH? Looks like eTorque stuff?

Also, they just run a bead of what looks like clear silicone sealant along the window. Got a huge storm last night and no notable water intrusion so we'll see

yes. Part of that system, located directly under the center rear window.
