What amp update am I on?

Hi, all. I have a 2021 1500 Laramie sport crew cab, 6'8" bed, with the 19 speaker 8.4" HK stereo. I bought it in October and have always felt that the bass was a bit light. If I slide all of my speakers volume to the back, it just sounds terrible. Like unlistenable. I did this to try to just hear the sub. I have tried various methods of figuring out which update/version my amplifier is on after hearing about a TSB for the trucks. I fall in the time window, but don't want to pay $70 to find out that it is already in the updated version. I have looked in settings and I have tried holding the 2 outboard buttons on the bottom of the display. Any other ideas? Thanks!
