2025 Ram Fuel Mileage

When I first drove my 2025 Big Horn SST RWD with 392 gears , I was not happy seeing the low MPG's numbers and after 1k miles I'm noticing 16-17 on pure city short drives and 24-26 mpg going 70 mph on Florida's I-75 with regular fuel.

just asking, why are we auto starting ? i have heated seats and steering wheel. it kills MPG's
30 years ago in UAW LETC school they taught us this and i am a believer .

Did he just say "drive it like a stolen hellcat" and then point to the hellcat in his garage? lol

Anyways, screw that noise. I live in MT and it's cold. The thing that annoys me is RAM's 40 degree threshold for things like seat warmers and interior temps. I'm sure the truck will be fine idling for 5-10 minutes once a day.

But on topic to this thread, just did a 300 mile trip in my '22 and got 18.9 MPG (on the dash). No idea what the average speed was but it's 60-70mph and I don't have a light foot. But anything over 70mph is an MPG killer in almost every vehicle. Typically 55-65 is the sweet spot, road depending.
