I joined the Ram REV Insider+ program (paid my $100 fee) over a year ago mainly because I wanted to be one of the first in line for a Ramcharger, but also to get some inside scoop on the RAM electric platforms as a part of their 'Exclusive Updates'.
However, to date I have yet to received a single email from Ram except for the one containing my member number right after I joined.
About a month ago I called the number listed for the RAM REV Insider program and asked if there were and emails containing updates. I was told there was a total of 4 update email sent to members, with the last being in December of 24. When I explained that I never received a single one, the person on the phone said they had trouble with Gmail accounts and I needed to add their address into my contacts to override the Gmail block. The person also said that all members affected were called to let them know of the issue, and was surprised that I was not called either.
When asked if I could have the previous updates sent to me now, I was not they did not have any achieves (yeah, right).
When the news droped last week with new dates, updated specs an tons of new photos, I called the number again and asked if I missed anothe newsletter since all of the this new information was out there. Again I was told the last newsletter was back in December and there were unaware of any news conference about the Ramcharger.
It really stinks how the Insider program is being run. Hopefully we still get the first shot at ordering these vehicles as promised.
