I just picked up 2020 Ram 5.7 1500. And I love it. I've been looking since November of last year for a truck. I first was looking at a Nissan Frontier. Till I drove it. lol I read there is "plenty" of room for someone 6'3. That was a nope real fast. I looked at F150s for months. With research I've read that the F150s most reliable years were 2015-2017. I hunted for months. Some were clapped out with wide tires, modded out horribly. Or just way too many miles. I'll be completely honest. I never thought of Ram of being a good truck. I've read some absolute horrible stories. Stellantis doesn't have the best reputation. But after looking at trucks. No one does. Even Toyotas new gen trucks has a heap of issues. And the used ones they want way too much money for. I decided on Ram for a couple different things. The motor (5.7 Hemi). My lord I love this engine. Of course it doesnt go without issue. But I'm mechanically incline to fix my own stuff. The comfort was a huge seller for me. It rides so well. Things I don't like so far. The gas response, which I'm aware you can fix that with a tune. Thats about it. lol I found this forum. And decided this is probably the best place for a lot of gear heads and others a like. That if I needed info. It would be here. Thanks for the forum. I appreciate all the great info here.
