I needed new front wheel bearings / hubs. Mopar would have been over $800 for both sides. Rock Auto was about $575. I have never used them before, but people on here seemed to love them, so I took the chance. I probably shouldn't have checked their reviews before ordering, because it was a 1.9 out of 5 on the review site I checked. Keeping my fingers crossed that I didn't just spend money on parts that aren't genuine Mopar (or are incorrect parts, cheap Chinese knock-offs, etc....). But it was Mopar or Rock Auto (I don't know of any other good online dealers - suggestions for future purchases welcome).

All the best,
Glenn

I've never had an issue with them.

Ive only had one issue out of many orders, one incorrect rotor was sent....emailed them and they emailed a shipping label and sent the right one.

Had an Infiniti radiator show up that leaked at install. Quick email and customer service got me fixed up.
Numerous other orders with no issue.

I have had good luck with Rock Auto. I wasn't aware of the negative reviews.

Sounds like Rock Auto likes Ram truck people..... I think I'll be just fine, seeing all the happy buyers on this forum. Thanks for the responses. Makes me feel better about my first purchase with them.

The only complaint I've ever had was something shipped oddly, but still secure so whatever :ROFLMAO:
I'm fully aware their customer service isn't that great if say, a package gets lost or something. I know they use a multi-warehouse system that can sometimes add to the cost of shipping and also use DHL... so take away from that what you will.

It's an alternative. I wouldn't really use them as a primary for anything. But I do like the system they have and if certain stuff like filters end up being cheaper then I'll order in bulk from them.

But yea, most the negative reviews are due to their customer service. I mean, they are online only and not return/refund friendly like some of the larger companies are, so it's expected.

Well… I get to test their return policy. One hub was fine. The other was damaged. The sensor wire was cracked at a 90 degree angle right where it enters the hub. So I returned it today. So gotta keep the fingers crossed this turns out well…
