Operating temps

Hey guys, just wanted to see what the concensus was here on these temps?
Truck has 6" bds and 35x12 x 20 rubber.
My fan seems to run alot, and I'm wondering if the trans cooler is starting to plug up a bit or what ya think?
Almost 100000 km and it's been good to me so far.
I have a ppe pan on the trans as well

70 mph - uphill into the wind.
Coolant 96c
Trans 102c
Engine oil 99c
ALL fluids changed at 70k, planning on again at 100k, then every 50

The numbers don't look worrisome, though the transmission is a little warmer than I usually see.
