My 2022 Ram 1500 Big Horn 5.7 (74k miles) wouldn't start one morning. Just kept turning, but wouldn't start as if out of gas. Thought it was fuel pump. Took it to shop, They said I had water in gas. Drained tank, cleaned injectors, truck started running again, however it's misfiring badly now.
Anyone have any ideas of what could be wrong?

Sounds like my "dropped valve". Motor replaced at 40011 miles.

NY Thruway conked out, towed to dealer. Next morning started and sounded like a bucket of bolts.

Still water in fuel lines or gas tank? Fouled spark plug from the water.

Got diagnostics done, #7 ignition coil and plug bad. Replaced Spark plugs and coils and trucks runs good, however I still have the p1417 code to deal with. MDS solenoids may need to be replaced or/and lifters? Anyone familiar with the p1417 issue?

Clear the code and see if it comes back.
