Hello everybody, Im having a whine coming from what it seems like right behind the front wheels, under the truck, it sounds just like steering pump going bad, but it does not change when turning the wheels all the way, and it also changes pitch when accelerating. Its louder when engine is cold, then goes smoother after warm up, but never goes away. What could this be?

Might help if you tell us what kind of truck you have. Based on your username, I’m assuming it’s an HD truck. If that’s the case, you’ll likely get more accurate answers from the sister site that’s dedicated to HD trucks (this one is for the 5th Generation 1500).
